Summary
Dialogues in Democracy was established to bring people and organizations to find common ground on critical issues challenging our democracy. Accepting diversity and inclusion as a strength, not a weakness. Respecting each other differences regardless of color, creed, or national origin.Challenge
Our population is in great need of a conversation bridging our divide. There are no greater than three words in all of our founding documents than "We the People."Solution
Our organization will provide forums to facilitate the civil exchange of ideas based upon truth and respect for other opinions. Relying upon the art of compromise will provide a pathway to resolve young eyes on justice, to resolve the racial and economic disparity that stand in a way of America regaining its stature as a beacon of hope and freedom for the world.DIALOGUE IN DEMOCRACY
